The session begins with a hot stone crystal massage, using heated stones infused with healing energy. The stones are massaged over tense muscles, allowing warmth to penetrate deeply, dissolving physical tension while also clearing stagnant energy. They act as conduits, drawing out negativity and facilitating the release of what no longer serves you. Each session is intuitively guided, meaning the healing is uniquely tailored to your specific needs. Spirit may direct additional modalities to further support the healing process. This could include: • Himalayan Salt Scrub – Applied to the back and/or feet, this natural exfoliant detoxifies the skin, enhances circulation, and grounds the body while removing energetic debris. • Reiki or Energy Healing – A gentle, hands-on technique that channels universal life force energy, balancing the chakras and promoting overall harmony. • Aromatherapy – Customized essential oils may be incorporated to soothe the senses and deepen relaxation. • Guided Visualization or Meditation – Assists in connecting with higher guidance, releasing emotional blockages, and aligning with inner truth. The session concludes with sound healing, using the rhythmic beat of a shamanic drum and the calming vibrations of singing bowls.
